BosmanBuilding is a building business which has been operating since 1986. Building works have taken place in the Netherlands, France and of course Australia, so we have a wide range of unique experience. Building challenges have included coping with the extreme insulation demands in the French high alps, to the difficulties of building in a wet climate like Holland and to the heat extremes experienced in Australia.

Victoria is moving towards high building standards with 5 star building and more coming. Some of these stars have already been common practice in Europe for many years (although there are for instance no termites in Europe). Implementing building standards with durability and green standards is second nature to us.

Is building the only thing we do?

In actual fact it is only a part of our business.

  • We also advise clients on technical building questions (e.g, is a particular wall a load-bearing wall?).
  • We help with the design, drawings and building permission.
  • We can give independent advice before a client wants to buy a house on it's technical state.
